This should clear all of the gcov errors listed for pdo_firebird. It does not fix the problem, but provides skip detail reasons. Documentation why there are failures will be posted to internals but the main problem is unmanaged SQL differences between database engines.

The patch appears to be stale.  All tests it modifies either pass
or are skipped for me already.
