This might just be a compliing problem..
but does the win32 ver of PHP3 have postgress support?
I am trying to connect to a postgress database and in returns:
Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function pg_connect()

The Win32 binary does not include support for any SQL server
other than MySQL.  You can manually compile a loadable
PostgreSQL module, currently it hasn't yet been 'officially'
ported to Win32 so you'd have to play with it a bit, or
wait until somebody else does it.
