Description:
------------
Is is possible to allow a future version of PHP to automatically store, use and
report the integer value of a php.ini setting that uses the shorthand notation?

Currently you have to manually translate them (as documented in
http://uk.php.net/manual/en/function.ini-get.php#refsect1-function.ini-get-
examples).
