Just after intalling the 4.0.1pl2, I get the following error
during the session opening.

The problem happens with the exe and the isapi dll.

The mm session.handler also doesn't work

this shoudl be fixed, if not reopen.
but check your settings for the session save path, and make sure that it's writeable.
