According to parameters description, default value for parameter $deref should be set to constant LDAP_DEREF_NEVER in the prototype.

Revision http://svn.php.net/viewvc/?view=revision&revision=311157 reverts this 
change.

The use of the term "default" in the description does not mean the value which 
should go in the function prototype, rather the default setting of the LDAP_OPT_DEREF option.
