Current php 5.3 development snapshort has stopped handling soap web services.
PHP 5.3.6 works fine.

Test script:
$service = new SoapClient($wsdl_url);

Expected result:
a correctly functioning SoapClient object

Actual result:
Exception: Error Fetching http headers

I've had this problem on Ubuntu 11.04 for several weeks now. The same code works
fine in Redhat and WAMP Windows. Please help!
