Under the Step that has a screenshot for Adding Roles
You cannot use Server Manager for a computer that uses Windows 7. Windows 7 has 
IIS 7.  So fix this before suggesting the screenshot of adding roles.
Open Server Manager to 'Add Role' It will ask you for connecting to a remote 
computer though your own local computer has IIS 7 installed. 
Then when you select your own computer from the remote set, it will display a 
message:
You cannot use Server Manager for a computer that uses Windows 7. Windows 7 has 
IIS 7.  So fix this before suggesting the screenshot of adding roles.

Test script:
