RecursiveTreeIterator posfix is not implemented, and RecursiveTreeIterator::getPostfix return nothing (RETVAL_STRINGL("", 0, 1);)

I think it's will good to create const (POSTFIX_*) and RecursiveTreeIterator::setProstfixPart

All postfix should be blank at the beginning

RecursiveTreeIterator::setPostfix() has been implemented in the
meantime[1], and is available as of PHP 5.5.3.  See also
