This function doesn't exists (I search in most version sources, 4.0.6, 4.1.2, 4.2.3, and all since 4.3.0 to 5.3.6)

LOL. I'm sorry. You are totally right, the actual name of it is 
wddx_deserialize(), and that is not an alias for anything

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.
