Description:
------------
This will be a great feature,

Allow the mail function to be able to connect to a SMTP server that has SSL or TLS enabled for added security so developers don't have to use openSSL or something like that to open these ports to send emails through a secure layer.

Expected result:
----------------
Be able to connect to a SMTP using a secure connection

Actual result:
--------------
None, I can only connect to SMTP (SSL/TLS) using openSSL
