It states that sqlite::busy_timeout() returns no value, but it will return TRUE when passing an integer. Only when an incorrect (non-integer) is passed, it will return NULL

Per http://au2.php.net/manual/en/functions.internal.php, internal functions that are given invalid parameters generally return NULL in that case, even if the function itself is generally a void (non-returning) function.
