Description:
------------
Using a mayor version than 5.2.10 under IIS the function curl_multi_exec timeouts,
just in IIS, I was testing a library twitter-async, I tried it on Apache and it
works fine. (The script works great with version 5.2.10)

Test script:
---------------
https://github.com/jmathai/twitter-async/issues/closed#issue/84
EpiCurl.php, Line: 84

          do{
            $this->execStatus = curl_multi_exec($this->mc, $this->running);
            usleep(intval($innerSleepInt));
            $innerSleepInt = intval(max(1, ($innerSleepInt*$this->sleepIncrement)));
          }while($this->execStatus==CURLM_CALL_MULTI_PERFORM);

Expected result:
----------------
Array of results not a timeout

Actual result:
--------------
Timeout
