Test script:

Using exec() function i am executing python file in php  it correcltly working in local server when i give path like  C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.11\cgi-bin\test.py 
but in hosted server 
when i give path its not working why?

This isn't a bug for PHP, but more likely your hosted server doesn't have Python 
installed in the same way as you do. If the server is not Windows, C:\anything 
isn't going to work.
