makerpm shell script has (at least) two places,which make rpm spec file unusable.

1. rpmbuild command should be used instead of rpm
2. Copyright needs to be replaced with License



Test script:

just try to create rpm file

Expected result:

rpm file

Actual result:

nothing! :(
