$database = "isdn";

$con = msql_connect();

if ( !$con )
	echo "Keine verbindung zum msql-Server<br>";
	echo msql_error();
	$res = msql_select_db( $database, $con );
	if ( !$res )
		echo "Konnte Datenbank nicht ausw?hlen.<br>";
		echo msql_error();
		echo $res;
		$query =  "SELECT * from user_ref";
		$result = msql( $database, $query, $res);

/* Putting $res as the last parameter returns this ->Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid mSQL-Link resource
Without the $res it gives the expected result. The same applies to msql_query()

I have php4.0.0 running as an apache module ( apache 1.3.9 built May 23 2000 )
