Description:
------------
The documentation of sem_release() references a wrong PHP function in the input parameter list.

The en documentation is correct:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.sem-release.php
says:
sem_identifier

    A Semaphore resource handle as returned by sem_get().

The de documentation says:
http://www.php.net/manual/de/function.sem-release.php
sem_identifier

    Ein Semaphor Resourcehandle wie von shm_get() geliefert.

Now, apparently sem_get() != shm_get()

The fr, es, ja, ro, tr documentations are correct.
