In the Requirements page of the mcrypt documentation (http://www.php.net/manual/es/mcrypt.requirements.php), the given link to download the windows binaries is broken (http://files.edin.dk/php/win32/mcrypt/).

They are not needed anymore. 5.2 has the library included and 5.3 has it statically linked. Fixed the EN doc.
