I just grabbed the latest official CHM Manual from php.net dated Oct 29,2010

When I open it it says:
PHP Manual

Note the June 25, 2010 date. Looks like it's not pulling down the latest changes.

Expected result:
----------------
The date should be somewhat recent considering almost 6 months date difference between the build and the date in the manual.
