An empty script causes a memory leak that is detected when PHP is compiled with --enable-crt-debug.

Test script:
This happens with an empty script.

Actual result:
Detected memory leaks!

I'm pretty sure this has been fixed in the meantime; I can
definitely not reproduce with PHP-8.0.
