There is a mistake in example here:

$rowset = $stmt->fetch(PDO::FETCH_NUM);

It should be 

$rowset = $stmt->fetchAll(PDO::FETCH_NUM);

as all rows shiuld be returned from the current rowset.

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
