when originally filing bug #52667, 
my browser asked me if I wished to save the email and password used.
I saved them, thinking this would log me back in.

but when I returned to comment and close bug

I have pink banner on bug page:

ERROR:
	• Authentication failed: Incorrect username 

please advise how to re-authenticate and login?

Simply click Login in the right hand corner of all of the bug tracker pages.

You need to use the Edit tab, rather than the Developer tab. Beyond that, browser 
autocomplete behaviour's a bit out of our hands. :)
