Description:
------------
Would be pretty cool if the Online Editor could send out emails when patches are
saved to the queue..

Maybe throw into a cronjob a check (like once a day?) if there are outstanding
patches in the queue, and if so, send email to the appropriate list (be it
phpdocs@ or doc-<lang>@) with a headsup.

Expected result:
----------------
A daily (or maybe just a weekly?) email to the mailinglists if there are
uncommitted patches saved in the online editor.
