Description:
------------
The install documentation should discuss VC6 and VC9 builds and in what environments they can be used. For instance: Does it matter if I use VC6 or VC9 builds when running in CGI mode? I assume not.

Additionally the documentation about installation in CGI mode with Apache 2 is brief. I assume that - contrary to the documentation on http://php.net/manual/en/install.windows.apache2.php#install.windows.apache2.cgi - CGI configuration using ScriptAlias and Action directives as in http://php.net/manual/en/install.windows.apache1.php#install.windows.apache1.cgi works with Apache 2, too and no shebang line is needed.

No it doesn't matter what binaries you use in CGI mode. VC6 is supported in all cases except the ApacheLounge binaries thats compiled using VC9. I added a note to the manual installation chapter to advertise people to use VC9 for IIS7 and greater.

Else I can't see what can be improved else here
