Description:
------------
Building docs locally and it seems that for some reason class.*.html pages are not created when --format is chunked-xhtml. According to phillip they are built successfully when target is phpweb.

libxml Version => 2.7.7

Test script:
---------------
php configure.php && phd --format xhtml

Expected result:
----------------
That class.*.html files are generated

Actual result:
--------------
They are not generated

This is expected.

The PHP Documentations use a special namespace which is only expected to work
using the --package PHP.

phd --package PHP --format xhtml --docbook ... works fine.
