After successfull ./configure, make and make install, service file /sapi/fpm/init.d.php-fpm is generated, but not copied to destination directory so no way to use php-fpm with `service` command.

init.d.php-fpm is generated for package managers. it can't be installed in 
/etc/rc.d because this directory does not exist on every os or linux distros. it's 
up to you to use it as you wish.
