Already fixed earlier this week.

but it's still wrong

It probably is. This was bug #51843, which was fixed last Friday, but it can take a while (think a week or two) for the manual to be rebuilt, then to percolate out to the mirrors.

The regular mirrors get the manuals updated each Friday. You can check out http://docs.php.net/date. It's a special mirror that builds the manual four times each day.

I suppose I should have mentioned that when I closed this bug.
