The srand documentation is flase in french.

In french the note since 4.2.0 says :
"Note : Depuis PHP 4.2.0, vous n'avez plus besoin d'initialiser le générateur de nombres aléatoires avec srand() ou mt_srand() car c'est fait automatiquement."

which meens that the function srand is useless 'cause it's done automaticly instead of saying that just the seed parameter is useless.
