Why this call of ora_bind doesn't work?
(the variable "this->CstrName" exist and is working fine)

ora_bind($hSql, "this->CstrName", ":name", 40, 1);

When I execute the code above I receive the following message:

Warning: Can't find variable for parameter in test_bind.php3 on line 24

the ora_ interface only allows binding of globally declared variables.

use the newer oci*() interface if you want to bind variables like this.
