Description:
------------
Any search on the "online documentation" produces pages of "SPL-StandardPHPLibrary" results, making it hard to find what you're really wanting and making the search practically useless.

This is not how it has worked in the past.

Test script:
---------------
For example, try to find the documentation on these items (selecting "online documentation"):
clone
classes
interface

One gets around 10 pages of results, with almost all of the first few pages containing results from "SPL-StandardPHPLibrary".

Expected result:
----------------
I would expect to see more relevant results first.

As example, if one searches for "clone" in "function list", a clone function is listed, but it has nothing to do with the "clone" keyword.

The best result for "clone" in "online documentation" is found at the bottom of page 2 of the results instead of somewhere near the top (preferably the top) of page 1.

Actual result:
--------------
Won't be helpful to try to show the actual results here.

See "Expected Result" documentation above.

This is no longer the case, and relevant results are again showing for searches
in my experience. If you see similar behavior return, please reopen this bug.

Thank you for your report.
