i am using odbc connection in my web applications on windows. i used popen() command to call a php-win.exe with few command line arguments from web browser.

i used to call several threads by using popen() inside foreach() loop 
it was working fine for me but now i am getting the memory error

php-win.exe Application Error - The Instruction at 0x7c8a754 referenced memory at 0xffffffff the memory could not be read

it halts the executions for some time and after i click ok it starts executions.   

Expected result:

script execution on CLI 

Actual result:
--------------
gets error popups and execution halts for some time. after clicking ok the execution starts again.

Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce
this bug ourselves. 

A proper reproducing script starts with <?php and ends with ?>,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external 
resources such as databases, etc. If the script requires a 
database to demonstrate the issue, please make sure it creates 
all necessary tables, stored procedures etc.

Please avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.
