fgetcsv cann't process "\\def" .

(But "\\def" is OK).

Reproduce code:
php -r "fputcsv(STDOUT, array('abc\\def', 'field2'));" | php -r "var_dump(fgetcsv(STDIN));"

Expected result:
array(2) {
  string(13) "abc\def"
  string(6) "field2"

Actual result:
array(1) {
  string(22) "abc\def",field2

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
