Description:
------------
The page http://doc.php.net/editor/ should have enough information for someone to find out how to get login access & karma to the doc repository. This information could be a help box on the page or a link to external help text.

Log: Add an information about how to request for a SVN account into the login page. Related to bug #50522

Sixd,

I just add an information into the login page on how to request an SVN account.

As my english is (so) bad, if you want to reword the button label & the information, post here the change.

Anyway, do you think we could add also this information once the user is logged ? (directly into the application) If yes, where ? As an item into the main menu ?

Perhaps the wording could be ""Editing PHP Documentation requires an
SVN account. See this page for details:"

Perhaps the application could contain a help page or system with extra
information about the documentation process, including the IRC channel.

Also, do you want to mention anonymous login?

Now your original changes have been synced and I can see the button
text, I suggest the wording be "To request an SVN account please read
http://php.net/svn-php.php"

Also the prompt text "Vcs" should be "VCS" (or "SVN")

This bug has been fixed in SVN, and should show up online in an
hour or three.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.
