If you send a perm URL to someone so they can edit that page, the workflow is not straightforward.  The person needs to find the Main Menu and then logout (did they even think they were logged in?), then login, and then refind the page somehow.  

One example URL is  http://doc.php.net/editor/?perm=/en/function.oci-fetch-all.php

hour or three.

revoked anonymous login for permlink

anyone (even anonymous user) is asked to login before accessing with permlink
