Description:
------------
Hi.

I regularly download the win32 snapshots for testing locally - to make
sure everything is working for me as expected.

As I understand things, there are 2 reasons why the latest snapshot
isn't uptodate.

1 - During a release cycle the snapshots are stopped.
2 - An error stopped the successful compilation.

As far as I can tell, there is no indication as to why the snapshot is
not uptodate.

Would it be possible to have something to say why the snapshots are
not uptodate.

Reproduce code:
---------------
http://windows.php.net/snapshots/

Expected result:
----------------
Uptodate snapshots

2009/12/08 for PHP6/5.3/5.2 (VC9/VC6 x86/x64 ts/nts zip/installer/debug)

(VC9/VC6 as appropriate to PHP version).

Actual result:
--------------
Last snapshot was

2009/12/06 for PHP6 (VC9 x86 ts/nts zip/installer/debug)
2009/12/06 for PHP5.2 (VC6 x86 ts/nts zip/installer/debug)
2009/12/06 for PHP5.3 (VC6/9 x86 ts/nts zip/installer/debug)
2009/12/08 for PHP5.3 (VC9 x64 ts/nts zip/installer)

So where do I see that a release process has started? Somebody must do
something to stop the builds. That flag/indicator/whatever is what I'm
looking for. They don't stop by themselves.
