Since Rev 291180 (http://svn.php.net/viewvc/web/doc-editor/trunk/js/main.js?r1=291476&r2=291180) of js/main.js, we have re-enable the default context menu of the browser to allow the copy of the permlink.

But with this fix, we now have this default browser context menu display when we right click everywhere into this app, like right click on a "need commit file" to open the commit window.
