No option for IIS ISAPI module on installation wizard with build VC9 x86 Thread Safe (2009-Jun-30 08:52:56) and VC6 x86 Thread Safe (2009-Jun-30 08:52:55)

Only fcgi and cgi iis modules are available

ISAPI is not maintained anymore, the SAPI for IIS is now FastCGI.
