According to the PhD specification, the <imagedata> element has width and depth attributes. However, setting those in php documentation does not take any effect.

Reproduce code:
  <imagedata fileref="path to file" width="320" depth="240" />

Expected result:
The resultant HTML should have:

<img src="path to file" widht="320" height="240" />

Actual result:
The result HTML has

<img src="path to file" />

This bug has been fixed in SVN. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make better.
