Description:
------------
The PDF version of the PHP manual is missing version information.

For example, the set_include_path() docs do not tell us that it lives in
PHP 4.3.0+.

Expected result:
----------------
Version information.

Actual result:
--------------
No version information.

There's no official PDF manual.

There is, of sorts:

They'll be available to mirrors once they work better.

The same applies to the unix manpages.

The problem is that these formats don't inherit the "main phpweb class" which
does most of the work (reading acronyms.xml, versions.xml etc etc etc).

Once we move to 5.4 and start using traits we could move that work into a trait
and re-use it.
