Every time I try to download the .zip package, I get the "The connection to the server was reset," error message no matter where I try to download it from.

Which mirror have you tried to download from, and what zip? version, packagem, etc.?

It did not matter which mirror I tried, the same error would occur every time. I was even trying the Albanian mirror just to make sure. I was trying to get the Windows Binaries for 5.2.11.

I'm not entirely sure what your issue may have been, but there's no
issue in downloading the Win32 binary for 5.2.11 from any mirror I've
tried. Perhaps it's a temporary or local network issue.

And for the record, we do not have - and never have had - any Albanian
mirrors. I'm not entirely sure where you're finding this link, but you
may want to double-check the legitimacy of your source.

Sorry, I meant Armenian. From when I actually submitted this until now, I was able to get what I needed from a friend.
