Description:
------------
The new "PHP For Windows" download page offers "Thread Safe" and "Non Thread Safe" binaries but it doesn't provide any information to make a choice.

Expected result:
----------------
Thread safety is a technical term that's likely to be unknown by most PHP developers. There should be a brief explanation about its meaning and consequences so the user is able to download the appropriate binary.

Actual result:
--------------
The left column contains a detailed explanation about VC6 vs VC9 versions but there's no mention to thread safety.

Please document ASAP what "thread safe" and "non thread safe" means on the Windows download page, I have no clue which package I should choose.
Anything with the word "safe" in it surely should have top priority for bug resolution, but this easy to solve bug is not moving!

Apache 2.2 only works with the thread-safe version. This is not mentioned anywhere on the web page :-(( I lost 30 minutes figuring out what was wrong, as Apache's error message doesn't really point in this direction.

Side bar contains info about which version should be used with which server, at
least for the most used servers. For non listed web server, the PHP documentation
contains all the details to make an informed choice.
