I'm using apache 2.2.11. The php is configured as Apache Module. When I set error_log in php.ini and restart Apache, cpu's usage reachs 50%. The file is created successfully. But windows throws an error report soon said found error in php5ts.dll.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
