Description:
------------
I did set error_log var in php.ini and tested the phpinfo() function.
Result: Firefox and IE loaded the page one second and then forwarding to: connection reset.
I tested it with mysql_connect() too, same result.
I comment error_log variable then, all was ok.

Used PHP5 (php5apache2_2.dll) as modul in Apache, Apache as service. Modules commented out: mysql, mysqli, pdo_mysql

Reproduce code:
---------------
phpinfo();
//or
mysql_connect("l","root"); mysql_query("SET NAMES utf8"); echo mysql_error();

Expected result:
----------------
The phpinfo, or an error of mysql/nothing

Actual result:
--------------
I commented error_log in php.ini.
Now I dont have the problem anymore.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.
