Description:
------------
The 2009-06-30 build of the HTML English PHP manual does not have borders on the tables. For example, see the "PHP type comparison tables" appendix. The version on www.php.net looks nice. An older version of the manual (2008-12-05) had border=5 tables. But the current 2009-06-30 manual has no borders at all, and the 3 tables on this page are hard to read. Same for other manual tables, in the appendix and elsewhere (for example: PostgreSQL Runtime Configuration).

Expected result:
----------------
It would be nice to get table borders back.

I don't see it as being difficult to read, other than perhaps a matter
of opinion, but this is the present style being used on the PHP site.
Subject to change (many, many times) in the near and distant future
alike. ;-P

Thanks for your suggestion.
