Description:
------------
The German translation of strcoll()'s return value reads:

"Gibt einen Wert <0 zur?ck, wenn str1 k?rzer ist als str2 , einen Wert >0, wenn str1 l?nger ist als str2 , und 0, wenn sie gleich sind."

The words "k?rzer" and "l?nger" mean SHORTER and LONGER, but strcoll() does not compare the string's lengths but their sorting order.

The correct translation would be "kleiner" and "gr?sser", meaning "less" and "greater".
