What time of information are you talking about? There is ReflectionClass::getNamespaceName and ReflectionClass::inNamespace; I am not sure if they were added before or after your report.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at 
http://www.php.net/downloads.php

The issue was reported before such methods existed. Closing the bug.
