Description:
------------
Currently one has to pass a bunch of options to phd to make it generate the files in the flavor one wants it.
When doing that repeatedly, it would help to have configuration files where phd would read its options from.

The config files could contain:
- general options, like indexing settings
- per-theme options, like output filename

[phd]
file=manual.xml
format=xhtml
index=false
verbose=false
language=de
color=true
highlighter=PhD_Highlighter_Geshi

[pearchunkedhtml]
outdir=build/{$language}/html/

[pearbightml]
outfile=build/$language/pear_manual_{$language}.html

This is definitely something "PhD-Setup" should solve (among other things).

I'm not sure if INI format is the way to go, I was kind of hoping for a config.nice var_export()ed file..
Given your example of using $language for the output filenames.. maybe INI really are the correct choice.

This bug has been fixed in SVN. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.
