Description:
------------
(11:33) <@gauthierm> cweiske: No mapper found for 'format_package'. That seems
like an easy one to add.
(11:33) <@ cweiske> package?
(11:33) <@ cweiske> what is <package>?
(11:34) <@gauthierm> http://www.docbook.org/tdg5/en/html/package.html
(11:35) <@gauthierm> I'm using it instead of <classname> where appropriate.
(11:35) <@ cweiske> how would you expect it to be rendered?
(11:35) <@ cweiske> gauthierm, good idea
(11:36) <@gauthierm> I'd expect bold rendering like <classname>.
(11:36) <@ cweiske> ok
(11:36) <@ cweiske> gauthierm, could you open a bug on bugs.php.net for phd
                     and assign it to me?
(11:36) <@gauthierm> yep

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.
