PHP4 will run in CGI mode but as soon as the ISAPI filter in installed IIS4, the web publishing service crashes with the following error message in Dr. Watson:

Access violation in inetinfo.exe (0xc0000005) Address (0x77f05120).

Please verify that it?s still happening using the latest version of PHP (release 4.0.1pl2 or CVS).
