PHP should have a feature that makes it censorship free so people who build websites using PHP cannot have their websites blocked by their isp. Some countries around the world block perfectly legal sites like YouTube and Wikipedia, so this is why the PHP team should develop something that makes PHP websites not able to be blocked by isp's.
