It seems there is a bug in 5.2.8. session_name() does not set session 
name. It always stay default from session.name in php.ini

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?
session_start();
session_name("abc");

echo session_name();

?>



Expected result:
----------------
in 5.2.6

abc

Actual result:
--------------
in 5.2.8
